How can I make sure I've properly completed my order?
After you make your order, you will receive an email confirmation within one hour. If you do not receive it, contact the customer service section of our shop. Further to confirm that your order has been successfully completed, you will have to follow the payment step (step 3) to show the page "Thank you for your order."

How much will the shipping cost me?
For orders over 60 € the shipping costs are free for all of Greece. For orders under 60 € the cost for all of Greece is 3,20 € up to 2 kg and then + 0,99 € for each additional kilo.

Is it safe to place my order online?
Yes, it is completely safe to place an order and pay online. Your personal data is transmitted securely through our system.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transferred in SSL encrypted format. Only Ces (Secure E-Commerce) transactions are accepted for payment with Visa and Mastercard. The system will contact the issuing bank for the buyer to approve the payment. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the debit on the card will be processed. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
You can retrieve your password easily and simply. Click on the "I forgot my password ..." link, enter the email with which you created your account in our store, and click "Recover". In the next few minutes we will send you instructions for creating a new password.

How many days does it take to deliver an order?
The delivery process can take 1 to 3 working days from the day of execution. Delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 19.00 pm for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and throughout Crete (prefectures of Heraklion, Chania, Lassithi and Rethymnon). For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company are valid.
